Ok.....as usual today i just got up from bed and went to do an exercise ! the exercise that i did was Pumping ! holy hell that exercise nearly took my life away ! from the moment my body went down....that was ok ..easy...but then when my body went up~~~~holy shit !!! my stomach hurts ! hohohohohoohohh i hate this exercise !!!!!!!!! but then its kinda fun though hohohoho ^^^......ok later at 6:45am I'll be heading to school....so i take this time to post up my blog a bit ! * because i long time didn't update my blog oledi * hohohohohooh !!!!

OH god ~~~!!!!!.....today I've just started out my D.I.E.T ! cause I've promise somebody already.....that I must be skinny at one and a half months time !!!!....Well guess wat I've had for breakfast this morning ! a few plain DANONE biscuit !!!! and a cup of plain water ! then after that , for lunch I've had rice and vegetables....ugghhh.....vegetables....ugghhh...but thank god got rice la ! well this lunch meal is actually also my dinner ! so starting from today....lunch is my dinner ! cos later at night I'm not goin to eat anything else ! OH YEAH ~~~JUST GOT BACK FROM JOGGING AND THE GYM....u can say this two activities is like cutting short my lifespan !!!!! *woooooo* but then nvm !!!! in one and a half months time I'll be a skinny ass !!!! hehehehehehhe *WOOOOOOOOOO* T_T......=_="......!!!!!

MY A$$ HURTS !!!! AND TODAY WAS MARATHON DAY !!

yeowwww !!!! My ass hurts man today !!!!!! crap !!!!!...today was our marathon day....and the reason why my ass hurts is because today ! me and my group decided to walk and enjoy the FLORA AND FAUNA of the environment while taking pictures ! and then we purposely wanted to get last place ! and before u know it !!!! haha we were really last place ! and everyone has already completed their marathon except us !!!we were like while walking while eating snacks food ! but then after that our snacks food has gone completely EMPTY !!!! and then the sun was getting hotter and hotter ! all we could think now was faster finnish the marathon and we can rest !!!! cos its too bloody hot ! especially the ground !!!! OMG !!!! it hurts our feet too ! some of us even got blisters and thomas leg was cramp ! and then YONG LE the pbsm guy was one of our team decided to help thomas to adjust his legs ! after that not for long ! HAH ! now this time one of the checkpoint teachers came to check on us with his myvi car....guess which teacher came to check on us ?.....welll it was MR.HADI !!!! we were walking and he was behind us saying " wei walk faster la so slow , everybody already finnish already except you guys " and that time we were getting really pissed and one of my group members JIA WEN decided to do bully the teacher ! so he thought of a plan to do it ! his plan was simple ! SHOW OUR ASS TO TEACHER !!!! hehehe and one more was SITTING ON THE GROUND and not letting him passed cos the road was very narrow !!!and if he wants to do a U turn he have to go through the muddy water which he doesn't want to ! hehehehehehe and when we sat on the ground HAH now this is the reason why my ass hurts !!! the GROUND WAS BOILING HOT !!!!! hell then after we bully the teacher oledi ! we continued our journey back ! OH YA IF YOU GUYS WANT TO SEE US BULLY MR.HADI I GOT THE PROOF TO SHOW YOU !!! I UPLOAD LATER !!!!

waaaa......*fuh*...........waaa HOLY CRAP ! MY LINKIN PARK poster has dropped from the ceiling !!!! today while i was sleeping suddenly i can feel something has fall on to my face ! when i open my eyes.....i gave a loud scream "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA" !!!! Because of 4 ppl standing so near in front of my face especially "CHESTER BENNINGTON'S face".....his face was like mouth to mouth with me !!!!!eeeuwww...then i try to stick it right back then it falls again ! After that....i said to my self i've had it ! then i open my drawer and took out an elephant glue and stick it up ! and guess wat ! now only does it not falls but when i want to take it down now.....I CAN'T !!!! @_@"....now....I'm seriously in deep shit !!!

Rojak !!!!!~~~~News !!!!!!!~~~~

Eeeerrrr.....eeerrrrr.......errrr.....er.....news ......arrr yes !!! news !!!! i just saw a news from singapore about the Geylang Rojak Serai stall incident about rojak poisoning......hmmm from my point of view......i love rojak.....i seriously do but after i heard about the incident that just happen after the rojak causes miscarriage and deaths......hmmm....maybe i will cut down on rojak for a moment.....i was wondering....hmmmmm.....how come this Rojak stall who has been selling for about 10 years can suddenly causes food poisoning.....I mean seriously rojak shit poisoning.....that can cause untill deaths ! hmmmmm......one of his stalls pals says that "It can't be la.....confirm got ppl put something in it ".....and the other guy says "when i bought his rojak i oledi started smelling something wrong from one of the chopped eggs "........so is it....really ppl put something in it or is it just one of the owners poor hygiene.....! nobody knows !.......to me....nah.....i don't give a shit !!!! this is Existance here signing out !!!!
